Study Priority Summary

  1. Master first: E-Governance Models — every model by name, with real examples (Unit 2), Maturity Levels (Unit 2), E-Readiness/Infrastructural Preparedness (Unit 3), Data Warehousing & Mining applications by sector (Unit 5), core E-Gov vs E-Governance definitions/life cycle (Unit 1), and Case Studies/Nepal initiatives (Unit 6) — all six appear in literally every paper.
  2. Then cover: E-Governance Security (Unit 4), Network/Computing Infrastructure (Unit 3), and "good governance through models" framing (Unit 2).
  3. Last, if time remains: Digital divide/rural development angle, cloud governance & data centers, HRM software, strategic planning, and country-specific trends/scenarios (Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc. — Unit 6).

Note: Since 2082 = 2025 (the year after the recent Gen-Z protests referenced in the Model set), watch for a possible new/updated question on citizen engagement, transparency, and digital platforms in that political context — the Model set already signals this direction.
